HopeNest
Where war-affected children find safety, healing, and hope - because every child deserves more than survival, they deserve a future.

HopeNest is a volunteer-led humanitarian organisation devoted to the healing and wellbeing of war-affected children.

Born out of a promise to stand with children like Hanan and Mesk – two young sisters from Gaza who survived the unthinkable – HopeNest now operates in Gaza, Cairo, Sydney and beyond, delivering trauma recovery programs, essential aid, and medical evacuation support for children injured or displaced by war.

We partner with local psychologists, hospitals, government and community leaders to offer expressive therapies, equine-assisted healing, and access to life-saving treatment pathways. Our mission is to help children not only survive – but feel safe, valued, and able to dream again.

With 100% of donations going directly to the field, every gift helps restore dignity, spark joy, and build a future rooted in hope.

Our Board

We are currently in the process of registering HopeNest as an NGO in Australia and look forward to announcing our board of directors soon. We anticipate finalising the registration by the end of July 2025.
